Some fellows here watching HLN — whatever that is — it seems like these lib news networks popup overnight — IA early vote returns had Obama leading by about 15%…don’t have exact numbers
I’m still going by candidates actions, etc. since the 3rd debate
I don’t like “Well someone’s leading by about this” that means they have no clue. We will wait for the official numbers release, but if its really “ABOUT” 15% that’s good news, easily overcome on ED.
Just saw update from RNC says turnout up (125%) in GOP Geauga County, OH where McCain won 57 & down 10% in Athens Cty where O won 67%.— David Limbaugh (@DavidLimbaugh) November 06, 2012
Wish I had some kind of idea how to gauge what the libs are chattering about. I don’t want to be delusional, but it seems like everywhere I read, the Republicans are the ones with the enthusiasm. I checked D-Underground, doesn’t look like they’re too bullish, a lot of “PLEASE VOTE” and “we have to vote,” messages, seems like they’re maybe a little on edge. It was great reading the reports on Breitbart, even those from Texas, California, etc—even in states where we “know” how they’ll vote, the Republican GOTV is HUGE. And surely that kind of movement must be something that transcends state lines.
The latest from the Tea Leaf Poo Bah – CNN was just all over John Talent (Former GOP Senator) about how Latinos hate the GOP, and how it calls into question wehter the GOP is a viable national party. Could read either – they know latinos have carried the day for Bamster in CO, VA, FL and NV – or you could read – they know Bamster is toast, but want to start the new narrative now that GOP “won this time but it’s just an odd, kinda stinky interlude before the re-assention of the only real party – DEMS.
Lol your nervous about HLN -MSM bashing a R about the latino vote? Seriously? Dude, relax. Look at the lines.. Its either the largest D turnout ever, or R+2 or higher.. We shall see!
No doubt, the Reps are going to have to find an issue they like that will resonate with latinos, but if you extend the implication it’s that a party that is supported by a majority of white voters is somehow not a national party.
That’s utterly ridiculous! I am Latino. Is the inference that any American, regardless of heritage, would not reap the benefits of job creation, fiscal responsibilty, peace through strength, dignity in the oval office, legislation through consortium (rather than the backroom generated “pass it to see what’s in it” type), tax policy designed to stimulate economic growth that ALL Americans can enjoy, etc? Sounds like a TERRIBLE plan for Latinos!
Would CNN suggest that since Bill Maher and Michael Moore types hate Republicans that “white people” must hate Republicans? Our country can certainly benefit from a comprehensive reform of our immigration policy, but that didn’t happen over the last 4 years with the presumably more “viable” party in office, did it? All Obama and his DOJ did was REFUSE to enforce the duly legislated immigration laws of this country!
And let me close by saying this:
If the immigration laws of this country are violated, it is called illegal immigration. Just as sure as parking next to a fire hydrant is illegal parking. The driver is not “illegal”, the parking is illegal. Same with immigration violations. The person is not “illegal”, just their method of immigration. It is a question of law, not heritage or politics. As Mitt Romney said in the debates, it would be unfair to those waiting to immigrate to this country legally to grant blanket amnesty to those who came here illegaly. Anyone who suggests that Latinos “hate” the GOP based on their immigration stance better count this Latino out!
The wave is coming today and THIS Latino (and MANY others) are part of it!

MSNBC is a cable network, so no go for novahockey. I think it’s going to be a very good night, so I would tune into regular NBC and see if the liberals’ heads explode there. If the night starts to turn sour, see if Fox network will simulcast election coverage with FNC. If not, then I think ABC News is the least liberal of the three.

Their command center is the Boston Garden, where they have 800 people monitoring the vote, so who knows how many volunteers they have out there at the polls.
did i see this here? i’m all over the place today. if it’s a repost, look again! R lands in Pitt. crowd overflowing nearby garage
Emotional moment..thousands of people pack a parking garage just to see the Gov as we land at airport in Pittsburgh, PA http://t.co/T5Puf7b5— Mitt's Body Man (@dgjackson) November 06, 2012
I feel better – Dee Dee Meyers was just on whining about how campains can’t be about fear any more – and the forehead, and anderson 367, and the rest were nodding. The all were saying that even if Mitt wins – it’s just white guys that voted for him. Meanwhile Ari Flischer was just glowing.
Obama VA campaign manager asked ” Will the 18-29 turn out?” By Shep smith.. Her response ” Well we are confident they will turn out, we are confident they are out there.. Then into talking points.” … There is some tea leaves..
Then Shep goes into ” Now, we will see is the O campaign REALLY exited to see those returns? Look at those lines at the polls? The Enthusiasm I mean RECORD crowds at Romney events? We will find out… ” Wow.. hahaha Teeeea Leaves…… Fascinating this cycle is!
DENVER — The Colorado Secretary of State’s office says voters are on pace to break 2008′s turnout numbers, when 92% of the state’s active voters cast ballots. “There’s a steady stream” at polling places, according to spokesman Rich Coolidge. Coolidge says there have been a few “hiccups” reported in the crucial swing counties of Arapahoe and Jefferson, with election judges misinterpreting Colorado’s voter ID requirements and poll workers who misread their poll books. In general, says Coolidge, “So far so good.”
CA Chris- is this your first election or something?
Just having a large turnout of votes tells us nothing about who is going to win- Obama had a record turnout in 2008. Why do you keep cheerleading this point when we don’t know WHO is turning out?
turnout in this country is positive in anyway…win or lose for us this country needs to have bigger turnouts and more people involved.
that said the EV returns of R+2 have a lot of people prognasticating that could and should turn into statewide ED voting…so hence Mr. Chris’ enthusiasm
Called a relative in CA…around Pasadena, LaVerne area. She went and voted and said she got stuck in the longest line of the 4 or so tables that were there (had tables broken down by colors). She voted R and voted O last time.
I live in CA, and sad to say, even with turnout down this year, Romney will not get close. The inmates are already running the asylum out here. And we will probably see even higher taxes in this state tomorrow when Prop. 30 passes, and Prop. 32 will probably lose. Sigh.

HLN is what used to be called “CNN Headline News”
I just saw it shown on the screen as I walked by
Great news
Good stuff…. More framework that is shaping up, is this an R+2 electorate? We shall see!

Yeah – sorry – just a weak moment. see my post below. The libs kind of gave themselves away.
They just love bashing Republicans.

What a crock.
I am so glad you are watching these other channels and letting us know because if I was watching them I would need a new TV!
probably Jim Talent…former Mo senator…my read is…BASH BASH BASH to try and impact out west voting (IE NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, ETC)

Sorry, already posted above.
Looks like several of us have similar twitter feeds:)
Jeff R posted yesterday that Romney should know by 3oclock if he won the election…
He is a volunteer for the Orca project in Florida…
Interesting.. But how?
And btw its 3:32 EST.. lol .. Whats the verdict? lol.. Yeah I know, tea leaves..
see report here http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/2012/11/romney-campaign-enlists-help-of-killer-whale-project-to-get-out-the-vote.html
Yeah, read a blurb on this ORCA system and apparently they feel it is much more accurate than traditional exit polls.
I wonder if they’ll release the ORCA early?
Doubt it.
Unless Obama does something untraditional like not concede when it’s obvious it’s over, they’ll wait.
No reason to spike the football.
Their command center is the Boston Garden, where they have 800 people monitoring the vote, so who knows how many volunteers they have out there at the polls.

Yeah I put it up earlier.. Good stuff.. Its leaves but it shows the support! Hope they all voted!
My life is going to be pretty boring after today.
No it’s not, our country is going to have exciting energy again and liberty is going to make a comeback!

Love it.. Get out that vote!
Normally that would be bad for republicans but maybe not this time. Cross-over votes and indys will carry R/R across the finish line.

I’m guessing that they are leaking to various sites what their data shows..
